38 Notice of inquiries
Before a Commission commences an inquiry, the Commission must give reasonable notice, by advertisement published in the Government Gazette (and, if the Council has so recommended, in the Commonwealth Gazette) and in such newspapers or journals as it thinks necessary, of its intention to hold the inquiry, the subject of the inquiry and the time and place at which the inquiry is to be commenced.
