Contempt of Commission

46 Contempt of Commission

(1)

A person must not—

(a)

obstruct or hinder a Commission or a Commissioner in the conduct of an inquiry; or

(b)

disrupt a hearing before a Commission.

20 penalty units or imprisonment for 1 year, or both.

(2)

An offence against subsection (1) is punishable on summary conviction.
