1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe for the purposes of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996—
(a)
particulars which are to be included in birth registration statements, notices of death and notices in relation to disposal of human remains; and
Reg. 1(b) substituted by S.R. No. 25/2020 reg. 4.
(b)
other matters required to be prescribed for that Act.
