7A Definitions of relevant person

(1)

For the purposes of section 30B(5)(c) of the Act, the prescribed class of persons is a person aged 18 years or over who—

(a)

has known the child for at least 12 months; and

(b)

is not the child's parent or guardian.

(2)

For the purposes of section 30EA(8)(c) of the Act, the prescribed class of persons is a person aged 18 years or over who—

(a)

has known the child for at least 12 months; and

(b)

is not the child's parent or guardian.
