134 Buildings above or below certain public facilities
This regulation does not apply to a part of a building to which Part 6 applies.
The report and consent of the relevant council must be obtained to an application for a building permit for the construction of a building above or below a street, railway, bus terminal or similar public facility whether or not such a building is connected to other buildings.
