188Time limits for application to be given to reporting authority
For the purposes of clause 4(2) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the prescribed time within which the relevant building surveyor must give a copy of an application for an occupancy permit to each reporting authority required to report on or consent to the application is—
(a)
in the case of an application relating to a Class 1 building, 3 business days after the relevant building surveyor receives the application; and
(b)
in any other case, 5 business days after the relevant building surveyor receives the application.
