Time limits for application to be given to reporting authority

In force

For the purposes of clause 4(2) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the prescribed time within which the relevant building surveyor must give a copy of an application for a building permit to each reporting authority required to report on or consent to the application is—

(a)

in the case of an application relating to a Class 1 or 10 building, 3 business days after the relevant building surveyor receives the application; or

(b)

in any other case, 5 business days after the relevant building surveyor receives the application.
