5 Crown to be bound
(1)
This Act binds the Crown—
(a)
in right of the State of Victoria;
(b)
to the extent that the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
(2)
To avoid doubt, the Crown is a body corporate for the purposes of this Act or the regulations.
