No compensation is payable to any person in respect of or as a consequence of any decision of the Head, Transport for Victoria under this Act—
to enter into or not to enter into a service contract with any person;
not to renew a service contract;

to prohibit a person from driving a vehicle;
to vary, suspend or cancel a service contract.
