38A Extension of operation of Regulations
Unless sooner revoked, the Public Transport Competition Regulations 1999 are revoked on 31 December 2010.
Section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 does not apply to the Public Transport Competition Regulations 1999.
This section applies despite anything to the contrary in the Subordinate Legislation (Public Transport Competition Regulations 1999 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2009.
