13 Determination of applications

The Commission must determine an application by either granting or refusing the application and must notify the applicant in writing of its decision.

A licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Commission thinks fit.
Without limiting the matters to which conditions may relate, the conditions of a licence may relate to any matter for which provision is made by this Act but must not be inconsistent with a provision of this Act.

If an application is granted, the licence is granted for the term, subject to the conditions and for the location specified in the licence.
