Secretary to develop policies and plans for cemetery and crematoria sector

In force

(1)

For the purposes of long term planning, the Secretary, from time to time, may cause to be developed and prepared policies and plans in relation to the provision of cemetery services and crematoria services.

(2)

Policies and plans under subsection (1) may—

(a)

apply on a Statewide, regional or local basis; and

(b)

apply to—

(i)

Class A cemetery trusts; or

(ii)

Class B cemetery trusts; or

(iii)

both Class A cemetery trusts and Class B cemetery trusts.
