6 Constitution and membership of Class B cemetery trusts

A Class B cemetery trust consists of not less than 3 and not more than 11 members appointed by the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister.

Despite subsection (1), in the case of a closed cemetery or a historic cemetery park, a Class B cemetery trust which manages that cemetery may consist of one member.
