23 Secretary may revoke approvals
(1)
The Secretary may—
(a)
revoke an approval of the establishment and operation of a crematorium under section 21; and
(b)
direct that cremations be discontinued at a crematorium.
(2)
The Secretary may—
(a)
revoke an approval of the establishment of mausolea facilities under section 22; and
(b)
direct that interments be discontinued at any mausolea facilities.
(3)
A revocation under this section must be in writing.
