47 Payments for private streets
A cemetery trust may pay to a municipal council a contribution towards the cost of the construction and maintenance of any private street adjoining or abutting a cemetery for which the trust is responsible if that street is or was constructed pursuant to the Local Government Act 2020 or any corresponding previous enactment.
