57 Report to Secretary
A municipal council which is responsible under this Act for the management of a public cemetery must submit a report in respect of the exercise of its powers and functions under this Act to the Secretary for each financial year in respect of which it manages that cemetery.
A report under subsection (1) must be in a form and contain the particulars required by the Secretary including—

particulars of any accounts and records kept under the Local Government Act 2020 to the extent that they relate to the exercise of any powers and functions under this Act; and
particulars of any audit of those accounts; and
particulars relating to the operation of the public cemetery and any crematoria in the public cemetery for which the municipal council is responsible.
