1 Objectives
The objectives of these Regulations are—
(a)
to regulate public cemeteries and crematoria and the activities of cemetery trusts; and
(b)
to prescribe forms, fees and other matters for the purposes of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003; and
(c)
to provide for other associated matters.
