21 Persons who may supply information
For the purposes of section 151(3)(d) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed—
a person appointed as an inspector of a school of anatomy under section 36 of the Human Tissue Act 1982;
a person having the control and management of a school of anatomy the conduct of which is authorised under section 35 of the Human Tissue Act 1982 (the head of the school of anatomy);
the Secretary;
an authorised representative of a tissue bank prescribed under section 39A(1) of the Human Tissue Act 1982;
the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine established under section 64 of the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine Act 1985;
in the case of foetal remains which are not a still‑born child, the person who was pregnant with the foetus.
