18 Functions of Commission—educative function
(1)
The Commission must—
(a)
establish and undertake information and education programs in relation to change or suppression practices; and
(b)
promote and advance the objects of this Act and be an advocate for this Act.
(2)
The Commission must undertake programs to disseminate information and educate the public with respect to—
(a)
the objects of this Act; and
(b)
any other matters relevant to the provisions of this Act.
