Functions of Commission—receiving reports and facilitating outcomes

In force

The Commission must—

(a)

receive reports under section 24 from persons affected by change or suppression practices (or persons acting on their behalf), or other persons; and

(b)

establish policies and issue procedures and directions on the manner in which such reports should be dealt with; and

(c)

in the case of a reports made by persons affected by change or suppression practices (or persons acting on their behalf), establish policies and procedures for the facilitation of an outcome in relation to the matters in the report.
