35 Commission to conduct investigation as it considers fit
(1)
Subject to this Division, the Commission may conduct an investigation in the manner it considers fit.
(2)
In conducting an investigation, the Commission is bound by the principles of natural justice, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Division.
