10 Permission to collect, use or disclose confidential information despite prescribed provisions
For the purposes of section 41ZH of the Act, the following provisions are prescribed—
section 347(2) of the Mental Health Act 2014;
section 181 of the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010;
section 41B of the Act;
