53D Prohibition of bassinets
(1)
The approved provider of a children's service must ensure that a bassinet is not on the children's service premises at any time during which children are being educated and cared for by the service.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
Note
A compliance direction may be issued for failure to comply with this subregulation.

A nominated supervisor of a children's service must ensure that a bassinet is not on the children's service premises at any time during which children are being educated and cared for by the service.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
