Witness summons

Rule 9(1) substituted by S.R. No. 185/2018 rule 6.

(1)

A witness summons must be in the following form—

(a)

for a witness summons to attend to give evidence, Form 41;

(b)

for a witness summons to produce, Form 41A;

(c)

for a witness summons to produce and to attend to give evidence, Form 41B.

(2)

A witness summons to give evidence or to give evidence and produce documents or things must be directed to one person.
