9F Procedure after objection
(1)
On receiving notice under Rule 9D or 9E, the registrar must refer the witness summons to the Court for the hearing and determination of the objection.
(2)
The registrar must notify the issuing party, in writing, of the objection and the time and place at which the objection will be heard and that party must notify the addressee and all other parties accordingly.
