The Minister must prepare a report that includes the information specified in section 55 for each interim target period.

The Minister must ensure that a report under subsection (1) is prepared within 2 years after the end of the interim target period for which the report is prepared.

The Minister must cause a copy of a report under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 10 sitting days of that House after the completion of the report.

The Minister must publish a report under subsection (1) on the Internet site of the Department as soon as practicable after the completion of the report.
