67 Application to Registrar when agreement ends
The registered proprietor of a relevant interest in land to which a Forestry and Carbon Management Agreement applies may apply to the Registrar to remove the recording in the Register relating to that land if the agreement ends in accordance with section 66 in relation to that land.
The application must be in the form approved by the Registrar under the Transfer of Land Act 1958.
The Registrar may remove any recording in the Register to which the application relates if the application is in accordance with this section.
In this section—
relevant interest means—
a fee simple estate; or
a leasehold estate; or
a forest carbon right.
