68 Enforcement of Forestry and Carbon Management Agreement
(1)
A person who is bound by a Forestry and Carbon Management Agreement may apply to VCAT to enforce the agreement.
(2)
On an application under this section, VCAT may—
(a)
order a person to comply with a requirement specified within the Forestry and Carbon Management Agreement; or
(b)
order a person to reinstate land that has been developed in contravention of the agreement; or
(c)
make any other order it considers appropriate.
