15 Information to be included with application by company
An applicant that is a company must include the following information with the application—
the name of the company;
the proposed name of the company's conveyancing business;
the address of the company's principal place of business in Victoria;
the address of the registered office of the company;
the full name and residential address of each director of the company;
a statement setting out which of the directors of the company are licensees;
if the company intends to carry on a conveyancing business at more than one place, the address, and the name of the proposed manager, of each other intended place of that business;
if the company intends to employ other licensees in the company's conveyancing business, the names of the other licensees;
if the company intends to maintain an Internet site in relation to its conveyancing business, the address for the Internet site;
details of the professional indemnity insurance (including the level of insurance) held by the company;
the prescribed information (if any).
A company applying for a licence must also include with the application a statement made by one of the directors of the company certifying that—
the director has authority to make the application on behalf of the company; and
the information provided with the application is true and correct.
