118A Review of amendments made by Part 3 of the Justice Legislation Miscellaneous Amendment Act 2018
(1)
The Attorney-General must cause a review to be conducted of the operation and effectiveness of the amendments made to this Act by Part 3 of the Justice Legislation Miscellaneous Amendment Act 2018.
(2)
The review must be commenced within 3 years after the commencement of Part 3 of that Act.
(3)
On receiving the completed review, the Attorney-General must cause a report of the review to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of its receipt by the Attorney-General.
