120 Transitional provision—Courts Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2014
In this section—
amending Act means the Courts Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2014;
commencement day means the day on which section 64 of the amending Act comes into operation.
Section 52, as in force on the commencement day, applies to a death of a deceased who was, immediately before the death, a person placed in custody or care if, immediately before the commencement day, an investigation into that death has not been completed by the coroner.

121 Transitional and savings provisions—Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence Protection and Other Matters) Act 2018
The amendment made to section 105 by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence Protection and Other Matters) Act 2018 does not affect the validity or operation of any rules made under that section as in force immediately before that amendment.
