29 Reviewable deaths may be referred to the Institute
(1)
For the purposes of section 18(1) of the Act, the State Coroner may direct that a reviewable death be referred to the Institute.
(2)
A direction under paragraph (1) must be in Form 4.
(3)
A copy of a direction made under this Rule must be given to the Institute by the principal registrar.
