70 Procedure if prisoner pleads not guilty
If the prisoner pleads not guilty to the charge, the person conducting the case against the prisoner must—
(a)
present evidence to support the charge at the disciplinary hearing; and
(b)
be given a reasonable opportunity to call relevant witnesses, including the informant; and
(c)
be given a reasonable opportunity to cross-examine the prisoner and the prisoner's witnesses (if any).
