Procedure if prisoner pleads guilty

In force

If the prisoner pleads guilty to the charge, the Governor must—

(a)

review the circumstances of the charge; and

(b)

consider any mitigating factors; and

(c)

invite the prisoner to make a plea concerning penalty.
