11 Notice of an appeal to the Commission
A person wishing to appeal to the Commission under Part VA of the Act must—
(a)
lodge a written notice of appeal with the Commission not later than 21 days after the person is given notice of a decision described in section 74I of the Act against which the notice of appeal is lodged; and
(b)
give a copy of the notice of appeal to the Authority.
Note
An application for a remedy for unfair dismissal within the meaning of the Fair Work Act 2009 of the Commonwealth may be made in accordance with that Act.
