10 Attendance at meetings
(1)
The chairperson of the Authority may permit members of the Authority to attend a particular meeting, or all meetings, by audio visual link or audio link.
(2)
To avoid doubt, a member of the Authority who attends a meeting under subregulation (1) is present at the meeting.
