139 Grant of permit to burn specified materials or substances
(1)
A permit granted under section 38(1) of the Act must be in the form set out in Schedule 4 if the permit is granted to a person to burn specified materials or substances.
(2)
A permit referred to in subregulation (1) must specify each material or substance to be burned and must include reasonable conditions or restrictions to minimise the risks associated with burning each specified material or substance during a fire danger period.
