141 Production of permit on demand
It is a condition of a permit granted under section 38(1) of the Act that the holder of the permit, on demand by the Chief Officer, the officer in charge of a brigade, a fire prevention officer, a municipal fire prevention officer, a forest officer, a police officer or a person authorised by the Chief Officer, must produce the permit (or a copy of the permit) for inspection.
