143 Fire prevention notices
For the purposes of section 41(3)(a) of the Act, the prescribed form is set out in Schedule 5.
For the purposes of section 41A(3)(b) of the Act—
the prescribed form is set out in Schedule 6; and
the prescribed particulars are—
the substance of the steps to be taken to remove or minimise the threat of fire which are contained in the fire prevention notice; and
the date by which the owner or occupier must comply with the fire prevention notice, which must not be less than 7 days after the service of the notice; and
the address of the property or properties to which the fire prevention notice relates; and
the name and position of the person who is serving the notice.
