41 Electronic voting
The Authority may approve a system to enable electronic voting for the election of officers of brigades or groups of brigades under this Division.
The Authority must not approve a system for electronic voting unless the Authority is satisfied that the system will—
prevent any member, in the capacity of a member, from ascertaining the vote of another member; and
prevent a person from voting more than once in any matter; and
comply with the requirements of these Regulations.
A brigade or group of brigades may decide by resolution prior to an election to use the system approved by the Authority for an election conducted under this Division.
