58 Interim restriction of duties or suspension

(1)

The Chief Officer may restrict a member of a brigade from performing specified duties if the Chief Officer believes that—

(a)

the member may have engaged in conduct that is a ground for disciplinary action; and

(b)

the restriction of duties is appropriate in the circumstances.

(2)

The Chief Officer may suspend the enrolment of a member of a brigade if the Chief Officer believes that—

(a)

the member may have engaged in conduct that is a ground for disciplinary action; and

(b)

the suspension is appropriate in the circumstances.

(3)

The Chief Officer must give written notice of an interim restriction or interim suspension to the member.
