59 Duration of interim restriction or suspension
An interim restriction or interim suspension continues in force until whichever of the following occurs first—
(a)
the Chief Officer revokes the restriction or suspension;
(b)
a referring officer makes either of the following determinations under regulation 63—
(i)
that no further action is required in relation to the member's conduct;
(ii)
that the matter be dealt with informally;
(c)
a hearing officer makes a determination under regulation 68 in relation to the member's conduct.
