75 Suspension for alleged offence or WWC exclusion
The Chief Officer may suspend the enrolment of a member of a brigade if—
(a)
the Chief Officer is notified that Victoria Police or the police force of another jurisdiction is investigating the member in relation to the alleged commission of an indictable offence; or
(b)
the member has been charged with an offence in Victoria or another jurisdiction that is punishable by a term of imprisonment; or
(c)
the member has been given a WWC exclusion.
