8 Meetings
(1)
The chairperson of the Authority must ensure that written notice of a meeting of the Authority, specifying the date, time and location and form of the meeting, is provided to each member of the Authority not less than 2 days before the meeting.
(2)
Despite subregulation (1), in the case of a special meeting of the Authority, the chairperson of the Authority must ensure that written notice of a meeting is given as soon as practicable before the meeting.
