83 Authorisation to collect money
For the purposes of section 102 of the Act—
an authorisation to collect contributions or subscriptions for the purposes of any brigade, group of brigades or association granted to an employee or member must specify the person or class of persons to whom the authorisation is granted; and
an authorisation to collect contributions or subscriptions granted to a person other than a person referred to in paragraph (a) must contain—
the name, address and phone number of the person or persons to whom the authority is granted; and
the reason for the authorisation; and
the proposed date or dates of collection; and
the brigade, group or association that the funds are being collected on behalf of.
