84 Property of a brigade or group of brigades—deregistration
If the registration of a brigade or group of brigades is cancelled by the Authority—
(a)
subject to paragraph (b), any personal property vested in a person on behalf of the brigade or group of brigades must be distributed as determined by the Authority after consultation with the brigade or group; and
(b)
any property referred to in paragraph (a) must not be distributed among the members of the brigade or group of brigades.
