118 Court may approve removal of mortgaged goods
Where, under a regulated mortgage it is the duty of a mortgagor to keep the goods subject to the mortgage in his possession or control at a particular place, or not to remove the goods from a particular place, a court may, on the application of the mortgagor, make an order approving the removal of the goods to some other place, and that other place, shall for the purposes of the mortgage, be deemed to have been substituted for the first-mentioned place.
