In sections 464T, 464U, 464V and 464W, audio link and audio visual link each has the meaning given by Part IIA of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958.

Nothing in section 464T, 464U, 464V or 464W engages the provisions of Part IIA of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 except as provided for by subsection (1).
