Functions of IBAC

S. 464ZM inserted by No. 3/2019 s. 76.

The IBAC has the following functions under this Subdivision to monitor compliance by police officers and members of Victoria Police personnel or any other person who carried out a function or power in respect of—

(a)

the taking of a DNA profile sample;

(b)

a senior police officer authorisation;

(c)

an authorisation under section 464ZFAE;

(d)

any matter on which the Chief Commissioner is required to report on under section 464ZFE.
