124ZK Chief Commissioner to notify the IBAC of certain notices and applications
The Chief Commissioner must notify the IBAC if—
(a)
an unlawful association notice is issued in respect of a member of Victoria Police personnel; or
(b)
an application is made for a serious crime prevention order in respect of a member of Victoria Police personnel.
